Job summary

Orion Smart Metering is seeking a Dual Fuel Engineer to install smart gas and electric meters in domestic properties, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safety standards. The role emphasizes self-management of stock, workload, and collaboration to meet KPIs, with a strong focus on reliability and safety.

Applicants should have at least 24 months of dual fuel metering experience and solid IT literacy.

Pay & Package Options

Choose the option that works best for you:

1? ? Salary Package

• £45,000 per annum
• 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Company van, fuel card, tools & uniform provided

2? ? Guaranteed Day Rate Option 1

• £200 per day
• Paid via Umbrella PAYE
• Company van, fuel card, tools & uniform provided

3? ? Guaranteed Day Rate Option 2

• £275 per day
• Paid via Umbrella PAYE
• Engineer provides own van & fuel
• Tools & uniform provided

4? ? CIS Option

• £240 per day
• Engineer provides own van, fuel & tools
• Uniform provided

Performance Bonus (Available on All Packages)

Earn more with our structured bonus scheme:

• Daily bonus paid after completing 6 points
• £50 per point from point 7 onwards
• 1 point per asset installed (2 points for dual installs)
• 0.5 point per comms/transactional job

Example: Complete 4 dual installs in one day and earn an extra £100 bonus
