You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and investigation of smart metering equipment across domestic customer properties, while providing a professional and high-quality customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:
Installing single-phase and three-phase SMETS2 smart meters within domestic properties.
Carrying out warrants and in-day emergency work.
Undertaking ongoing maintenance, investigations and fault finding.
Completing all work safely, accurately and in accordance with industry standards.
Providing excellent customer service at every appointment.
Completing job records using handheld IT devices.
Working in line with company health & safety procedures.

No weekend work or on-call requirement.
To be considered for the role, you will need:
Minimum 2 years' Dual Fuel Smart Metering experience.
CCN1/CMA1 and MET1, or equivalent qualifications.
MOCOPA or recognised Smart Metering qualification.
EUSR registration, including three-phase experience.
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Comfortable using handheld IT devices to complete and record jobs.
Ability to successfully pass a DBS check.
A professional approach to customer service, health & safety and quality.
A willingness to continue developing within the smart metering industry.
