Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in the UK is hiring Dual Fuel Engineers to replace gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes in Birmingham. You will provide a full demonstration and after-care service for the new meter and ensure proper operation after installation.

Qualifications

• MET1 required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications required.
• Full UK Driving licence required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service including a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer -£ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure -£ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer£48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
