Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a DUA Hub Specialist to support, implement and develop service standards for the DUA Hub. You will onboard and control delegated underwriting authority relationships through their lifecycle, collaborating with underwriting, product governance, distribution, 2LOD risk, compliance and Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Experience in a DUA/underwriting role within Insurance.
• London Market (Lloyds Syndicate) or Company Market experience essential.
• Experience interrogating, assessing and improving systemised processes to establish delegated authorities.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality; proactive problem solving.
• Experience in controlled environments and meeting outsourcing standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on project and BAU activities for the DUA Hub.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle control of delegated underwriting authority relationships.
• Interact with stakeholders across underwriting, product governance, distribution, 2LOD risk, compliance and Internal Audit.
• Help streamline process design and enable systemisation of risk controls.
• Assist servicing of the existing book of business and risk issues remediation.
