Job summary

City College Plymouth is seeking an experienced curriculum and quality professional to lead collaboration and continuous improvement across the DTEC hub-and-spoke network. You will support delivery partners to adopt and develop high-quality, employer-informed curricula, coordinate peer review and quality activity, and lead shared CPD, train-the-trainer and industry-exchange opportunities.

The role is central to building teaching quality across a national network of providers.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced curriculum and quality professional to lead collaboration and continuous improvement across the DTEC hub-and-spoke network. You will support delivery partners to adopt and develop high-quality, employer-informed curricula, coordinate peer review and quality activity, and lead shared CPD, train-the-trainer and industry-exchange opportunities. The role will be central to building consistent teaching quality and sustainable specialist capability across a national network of providers working in defence-related technical education.
