We’re looking for individuals with a range of strengths and experiences suited to a structured DSCC night shift environment. In this role, you’ll be liaising directly with police officers to accurately capture case details and ensuring timely communication with duty solicitors.
Success in this position relies on clear, confident communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow defined processes with accuracy and consistency. You’ll need to remain focused and professional while handling sensitive information, including hearing details of case details that may be difficult to listen to.
Working overnight requires a high level of reliability, self-motivation, and resilience, as you’ll often be working independently in a fast-paced, process-driven setting.
