Addleshaw Goddard LLP in Aberdeen is seeking a data protection, privacy and commercial law specialist with 3+ years PQE to support the national Data and Digital team. The role focuses on DSAR handling, data subject rights management and privacy operations for major clients across sectors.

You will handle DSAR workflows, advise on GDPR obligations, draft data processing agreements and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable privacy programmes.

Qualificações

• 3+ years PQE in data, privacy and information law.
• Experience handling DSARs and data subject rights at scale.
• Experience advising on UK GDPR, EU GDPR and PECR across sectors.
• Experience drafting data processing and data sharing agreements.
• Consultative approach with senior stakeholders and commercial mindset.
• Proven track record leading client projects, DPIAs and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on complex data, digital and commercial work for high-profile clients, including GDPR/UK GDPR compliance and DSAR workflows.
• Act as a key contact for DSAR and data rights programmes, including triage, scoping, search, review, redaction and governance.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients, delivering commercial, solution-focused privacy advice.
• Deliver and manage large-scale compliance projects, including DSAR remediations, data mapping and incident response plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, disputes, employment and legal tech teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership, client engagement and product development in data rights.
