MYO Talent is seeking a Web Development Manager/Platform Manager with strong Drupal/CMS leadership to own and evolve a key web platform. You will guide a small team, stay hands-on when needed, and align technical delivery with business strategy.

The role blends development expertise with leadership and stakeholder management, offering hybrid working with travel monthly to London/Warwick as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Drupal/CMS experience with a track record of leading development teams.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership and delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers.
• Own and drive the Drupal/CMS web platform.
• Provide technical direction and strategic leadership.
• Manage external consultants and third-party suppliers.
• Stay hands-on with development when required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across the website and development function.
