Job summary

MYO Talent is seeking a Web Development Manager / Platform Manager to take ownership of a Drupal-based web platform and lead a small development team. This hybrid role combines hands-on coding with strategic oversight and stakeholder management, ideal for a Senior Developer moving into platform leadership.

The role requires steering a 3-5 person team, guiding the Drupal CMS platform, and coordinating with suppliers while staying hands-on when needed. Excellent benefits are on offer.

Hybrid - Home-based with 2 days per month in London or Warwick

We're looking for a Web Development Manager / Development Lead to take ownership of a key web platform and lead a small, talented development team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who has come from a strong development background but is now looking to combine technical expertise with team leadership, strategy and stakeholder management.

The role
