Location: Old Street, London (Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office, remaining remote)

The Role: Build, Learn, and Scale

We are looking for an ambitious Junior‑to‑Mid Full‑Stack Drupal Developer ready to make an impact. You will blend front‑end precision with back‑end architecture to create high‑performing, secure, and fully accessible platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Bring Designs to Life: Translate slick Figma prototypes into responsive, clean, and modern component‑based Drupal themes.
• Full‑Stack Engineering: Dive into Drupal site building, custom module configuration, and back‑end logic.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with our Tech Lead and delivery teams in a collaborative Scrum environment.
• Champion Quality: Build with absolute pride—ensuring secure code, seamless performance, and strict WCAG accessibility compliance.

What We Are Looking For

• The Foundation: 3+ years of commercial web development experience, with a solid, proven foundation in Drupal.
• Drupal Capability: Hands‑on experience with Paragraphs, Layout Builder, and site building. Exposure to Drupal 10 is a major plus.
• Front‑End Polish: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and jQuery to deliver pixel‑perfect, responsive layouts.
• The Toolkit: Familiarity with command‑line tools and modern container‑based local environments like DDEV or Docker.
• The Mindset: A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator who is always eager to learn and improve.

Bonus Points

Previous digital agency experience, custom module development from scratch, or familiarity with public sector standards.
