JBi, an award-winning digital transformation agency, seeks a Full Stack Drupal Developer for a permanent hybrid role in London. You will architect, develop, and maintain enterprise Drupal applications while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong Drupal 9/10 and PHP experience, a focus on security, and the ability to work independently within a hybrid Old Street team. Relocation to London is required for this permanent position.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Full Stack Drupal Developer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based in London and offers a highly collaborative hybrid working at our Old Street Office.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Technical Execution: Architecting, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise-level Drupal (v10+) web applications, writing clean PHP code, and implementing robust custom modules
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Working under your own initiative to consult directly with stakeholders, gather technical requirements, and translate them into a scalable digital solution
3. Project Delivery: Confidently planning, estimating, and executing development tasks across a variety of technical projects
4. Security & Best Practices: Ensuring the highest standards of site performance, platform security, and adherence to secure coding practices.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

• Extensive commercial experience with Drupal 9/10 and core PHP
• Strong commitment to secure coding practices
• Proven ability to work under your own initiative and consult directly with stakeholders to establish project requirements
• Full commitment and eligibility to relocate/move to London for permanent, full-time employment

Should Have

• Experience working with front-end frameworks, specifically Vue.js /Nuxt
• Proven ability to plan, estimate, and execute across a range of complex technical projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker builds.
• Experience developing decoupled / headless Drupal applications
