Thrive Group in Bolton is seeking a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will drive business development, manage client relationships, and source suitable candidates for a busy Industrial and Driving recruitment desk.

The role rewards proactive, on-the-phone and in-person sales, with a focus on delivering excellent service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with 24/7 on-call support on a rota and generous uncapped commission alongside a comprehensive training

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience in recruitment or a client-facing role.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the North West recruitment market and opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business by phone or face-to-face, promoting Thrive.
• Deliver excellent customer service and nurture client relationships.
• Manage candidates daily: respond to applications, search CVs, write adverts.
• Conduct interviews and keep candidates updated on opportunities.
• Proactively match candidates to client needs.
• Ensure compliance and maintain records.
• On-call rota with 24/7 support for clients and candidates.
• Understand budgets and targets to run a profitable desk.
