Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant in Liverpool to manage long-term temp roles and client accounts. You will inherit existing accounts while also generating new business, supported by a senior leadership team to help you Progress in your career.

The role offers £32,000–£37,000 per year with commission, pension, 25 days holiday and a Friday 3pm finish, plus parking and strong team incentives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting temps, preferably in Liverpool.
• Experience managing accounts and developing new client relationships.
• Strong interview and screening abilities for temps roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality services to clients and candidates.
• Recruit for long-term temp roles across accounts.
• Interview candidates on site and in branch locations.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Draft rates letters and contracts with clients.
• Ensure temporary workers are compliant with regulations.

We are looking for an experienced temps recruiter in Liverpool, this is a really exciting opportunity to join a very successful team that has a big focus on long term temp roles. You will inherit a number of accounts to manage whilst also being responsible for bringing in new clients. We provide free parking and lots of company incentives for the team.
