What You’ll Be Doing

• Growing your client base through business development activity and exceptional service.
• Building relationships with clients and candidates, you’ll be their go-to expert helping them find the right match.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing to offer and onboarding candidates.
• Managing your candidate and client compliance.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced Recruiters, either currently working as a Senior or with results that deserve the promotion. A proven track record in sales and business development, professionals who know how to win new business, nurture lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. You’ll have a deep understanding of the sectors you currently recruit in, including both client needs and candidate markets, as well as strong insight into the wider Manchester business landscape.
