Job summary

Hills is seeking a Drivers Mate to join our waste collections team in Lower Compton, Calne. You will work with an LGV Driver across Wiltshire, helping collect trade waste and recycling and supporting route planning and customer relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of trade waste and recycling, including safe handling of wheelie bins.
• Complete and maintain accurate collection and transaction records, ensuring documentation is processed correctly.
• Assist with a variety of depot and yard duties to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Champion health, safety and professionalism, contributing to a positive working environment.
