Job summary

Hills Waste Solutions in Amesbury is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will operate a variety of Class 2 vehicles and collect waste from commercial premises across Wiltshire, while maintaining safety and road compliance.

The role offers a competitive salary (£33,867.93 per annum) and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, an online wellbeing hub, volunteering days, cycle-to-work, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• A Class 2 LGV/HGV licence holder.
• Driver CPC qualified.

Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of Class 2 vehicles to collect commercial waste streams across Wiltshire.
• Carry out daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks, notifying the transport office of any defects.
• Drive safely with due regard for other road users and work within Road Traffic legislation and regulations.
