Hills Group in Wiltshire is seeking a Drivers Mate to join our busy waste collections team in Lower Compton, Calne. This is a full-time, permanent role working alongside an LGV Driver to collect trade waste and mixed recycling across Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
You’ll help with route planning, customer service, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be physically active, comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and possess strong communication skills.
