Job summary

Auxium Corporate Services is recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver (Bulk Tipper) in the Selby area. Roles include early starts, Monday–Friday with some weekend work, and potential weekend hours.

Pay ranges £15.00–£17.00 per hour depending on shift and experience, with opportunities for extra weekend hours. The driver will handle shunting, farm collections, and deliveries, including transporting wheat, grains, and feeds using all-electric HGVs, while maintaining safety and efficiency of daily bulk

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Digital Tachograph card
• Knowledge of driver hours and regulations
• 6 points maximum preferred, subject to client requirements

Location: Selby area, England

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday operations, with some weekend work available

Work Schedule: 05:00 and 08:00 or a fixed shift from 08:00 to 20:00

Salary:£15.00 to £17.00 per hour, depending on shift pattern and experience, plus the opportunity for additional hours at weekends.

Job Responsibilities

1. This is a varied driving role for a professional driver who is confident in handling bulk tipper work and enjoys early starts, steady Monday-to-Friday work, and occasional weekend shifts.
2. The work includes shunting, farm collections and deliveries, and transporting wheat, grains, and feeds using all-electric HGVs.
3. You will be responsible for completing daily bulk tipper runs safely and efficiently, supporting agricultural deliveries and collections across the local and wider rural network.

Requirements

1. Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
2. Valid Digital Tachograph card
3. Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
4. Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
5. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
6. No more than 6 points on licence preferred, subject to client requirements
