Job summary

Ten Staffing Group Ltd is recruiting an HGV Class 1 Driver (Bulk Tipper) in the Selby area of North Yorkshire, with an immediate start available. The role offers hourly rates from £16.00 to £17.00, with potential for extra weekend hours.

You will handle bulk tipper runs, shunting, farm collections and deliveries of wheat, grains and feeds using all-electric HGVs, with early starts and Monday-to-Friday work, plus occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• No more than 6 points on licence preferred, subject to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support agricultural deliveries and collections across the local and wider rural network.

Job description

We are recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver (Bulk Tipper) in the Selby area of North Yorkshire, with an immediate start available, offering hourly rates from £16.00 to £17.00 per hour, depending on shift pattern and experience, plus the opportunity for additional hours at weekends.

This is a varied driving role for a professional driver who is confident in handling bulk tipper work and enjoys early starts, steady Monday-to-Friday work, and occasional weekend shifts.

The work includes shunting, farm collections and deliveries, and transporting wheat, grains, and feeds using all-electric HGVs.

You will be responsible for completing daily bulk tipper runs safely and efficiently, supporting agricultural deliveries and collections across the local and wider rural network.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday operations, with some weekend work available
• Work to start between 05:00 and 08:00 or a fixed shift from 08:00 to 20:00

Requirements
