Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Huntworth Mill is seeking a reliable HGV Class 1 driver to join our Agri Transport team. You will deliver bulk animal feed and raw materials across the Southwest, operating modern tipper lorries and upholding safety and vehicle standards.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with 45 hours per week plus nightly out, generous benefits, overtime and a pension. You will work as part of a busy logistics team to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence and Driver CPC are essential.
• Digital Tachograph Card and good knowledge of drivers' hours.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Experience with tipper or bulk transport is a plus.

Description

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused HGV Class 1 Driver to join our Agri Transport team based at Huntworth Mill.

The role involves delivering bulk animal feed, feed blends, raw materials and wet blends to farms, mills and agricultural customers across the Southwest. You'll operate modern bulk tipper vehicles, provide excellent customer service, and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance and vehicle care.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 45 hours per week + 3 nights out minimum per week

Join our team transporting bulk product from dock to mill using tipper lorries. You’ll play a key role in the supply chain, ensuring timely and compliant movement of raw materials. Ideal for drivers who prefer structured routes, operational efficiency, and working as part of a fast-paced logistics team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate tipper lorries for bulk product transport
• Practising defensive driving and adhering to road transport legislation
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
• Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
• Supporting operational efficiency and minimising waste
• Using onboard systems and digital logs accurately
• Requires attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness

About You

• HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence

Desirable

• Experience of tipper or bulk blowing operations
• Agricultural or farming industry experience

Important Information

• Deliveries cover the South West region, including Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset.
• The role requires a minimum of three nights out per week, with flexibility to meet customer and operational requirements.
