Job summary

Evri is hiring for HGV Class 1 Twilight Drivers at our Lutterworth site. Full-time roles on 40 hours per week, with weekend work possible. You will drive longer routes across the EVRi network, load/unload, and keep paperwork up to date.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome; a short driving assessment will be required. We offer a competitive rate of £17.82 per hour with overtime at £26.73, plus a 3% pension contribution, life assurance, and a flexible benefits package including shopping vouchers,

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) entitlements and CPC.
• Digital tachograph experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive longer routes across the EVRi network.
• Ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely and paperwork is kept up to date.
• Assist depot staff with heavier items and follow route guidance during disruptions.

We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for?HGV Class 1 Day?Drivers?(or Cat C+E Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our?growing?Lutterworth Site

What?You'll?Do:

Our?HGV Class 1 drivers?usually drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles from depots to our clients and other sites in the?EVRi?network.?You'll?ensure parcels are collected and delivered?safely;?paperwork updated and?assist?depot staff with heavier items from time to time. We know the great British roads and weather?don't?always play nicely, so?you'll?need to keep us updated with any problems. We can then help find an alternative route.

?Our HGV Class 1 drivers work on shifts. Full-time contracts are 40 hours per week with some weekends.
