Job summary

EVRi in Normanton is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers to join our depot. You will safely transport palletised parcels to couriers or collect from delivery units, with runs typically featuring 4–5 drops and clear paperwork.

Full-time roles are 40 hours per week, with rota in advance and flexible contracts available. The package includes £16.16 per hour, overtime £24.24, 32 days' annual leave, pension and life assurance, plus flexible benefits.

What You’ll Do:

Our HGV Class 2 drivers work on shifts, safely transporting our palletised parcels to Couriers or collecting from Delivery Units (that's where our couriers pick them up). You will typically have a run with 4 - 5 drops ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated.

Our full-time HGV Class 2 driver roles are 40 hours a week, but flexible contracts and part time hours are available. Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• You’ll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, driver's CPC and digital tachograph. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
