Job summary

City Plumbing is seeking a Driver and Warehouse Assistant in the Manchester area on a flexible 20-37.5 hour basis. The role involves delivering products to customers, assisting in the warehouse, and supporting branch colleagues to maximise sales while maintaining service standards.

You will need a clean driving licence and ideally prior warehouse and driving experience. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within the branch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Health and safety of yourself and your vehicle.
• Maintenance and condition of your vehicle.
• Report any issues or incidents to your line manager.
• Comply with transport compliance law and regulations.
• Dealing with stock and deliveries.
• Support Branch Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high standards, build a loyal customer base, provide first-class service.
• Assist with branch duties such as serving on the trade counter and telesales.
• Ensure housekeeping standards on trade counter and warehousing.
