Job summary

SIXT is hiring a Driver/Valeter for the Stansted Depot to ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition and to deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves vehicle preparation, handover paperwork, and managing deliveries between depots, with a starting salary of £32,400 per year plus a bonus.

You will inspect vehicles for damage, complete required documentation, and assist in depot operations while representing the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Adaptability in a dynamic environment and ability to work under pressure
• Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
• Strong communication skills for clear customer interactions
• Willingness to work a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours
• Holder of a valid driving license with at least 12 months driving experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet all vehicles to maintain a high standard for customers
• Complete handover paperwork with customers to ensure a smooth transition
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between depots, ensuring timely service
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report issues and complete documentation
• Confirm any damage with customers, obtain signatures and notify the depot Manager
• Assist in refueling vehicles and support efficient depot operations while upholding the SIXT brand
