Job summary

FMG RS is seeking an experienced Driver/Valeter for our busy Redruth site. The role involves valeting customer vehicles after repair, maintaining courtesy cars, and ensuring top presentation standards.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for bonuses and benefits. We offer a competitive basic salary of £28,000 per year plus an uncapped monthly bonus scheme and excellent company benefits, including life assurance and a pension

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Valeter or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards of work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and valeting customer vehicles after repair, ready for handover.
Cleaning and maintaining courtesy cars when they are returned.
Ensuring vehicles meet high presentation and quality standards.
Carrying out basic checks on vehicles as required.
Driving duties, including moving vehicles on site or local collections/deliveries.
Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
Following all health and safety procedures.
