Job summary

FMG RS in Hastings is seeking a Driver/Valeter to clean and valeting customer vehicles after repair, ready for handover, and to drive on site or for local collections/deliveries.

The role is 45 hours per week (8am–5:30pm) with a rate of £12.71 per hour, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll join a busy team delivering high standards of presentation and customer service across our site.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Previous valeter or similar experience is desirable but not required.
• Keen eye for detail and high standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and valeting customer vehicles after repair, ready for handover.
• Cleaning and maintaining courtesy cars when they are returned.
• Ensuring vehicles meet high presentation and quality standards.
• Carrying out basic checks on vehicles as required.
• Driving duties, including moving vehicles on site or local collections/deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
