Job summary

FMG RS in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Driver/Valeter to join our busy site. The role covers vehicle valeting after repair, courtesy car care, and basic on-site checks, with occasional driving duties.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 42.5 hours weekly, earning £13 per hour plus bonus and extensive company benefits. A full UK driving licence is essential, and attention to detail is key to meet high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valeter or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards of work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and valet customer vehicles after repair, ready for handover.
• Clean and maintain courtesy cars when returned.
• Ensure vehicles meet high presentation and quality standards.
• Carry out basic checks on vehicles as required.
• Occasional driving duties, including moving vehicles on site or local collections/deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organised working area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
