Job summary

FMG Repair Services in Hoddesdon is seeking a Driver/Valeter to clean and valet customer vehicles after repair and to move cars around site and for local deliveries. A UK driving license is essential, and you will work a 45-hour week with performance bonuses that boost earnings.

You will join a busy team delivering high presentation standards and maintaining a safe, well-organised workspace while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valeter or in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards of work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver/Valeter to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our ever busy site in Hoddesdon.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and valeting customer vehicles after repair, ready for handover
• Cleaning and maintaining courtesy cars when they are returned
• Ensuring vehicles meet high presentation and quality standards
• Carrying out basic checks on vehicles as required
• Driving duties, including moving vehicles on site or local collections/deliveries
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Following all health and safety procedures

About You
