Job summary

First Bus in London is seeking a Driver Trainer Supervisor based at Shepherd's Bush Garage to drive standards and develop drivers through training, mentoring, and close liaison with garage management.

You will assess driving performance, provide feedback, support induction, and deliver route, vehicle and risk training while promoting Health & Safety on site and on the road. A PCV license is essential and continued commitment to high standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess driver standards and provide feedback, including post-training reviews.
• Support driver induction, corrective training, and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with the Traffic Manager on performance, incidents, and trends.
• Deliver route, vehicle, and risk assessment training, plus refresher sessions.
• Promote Health & Safety on site and on the road.
• Monitor GreenRoad data to maintain standards and update trend communications.
