Job Description

Great opportunity to work as a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer in Colchester, with a company experienced in the logistics industry for over 30 years. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting and advising employees on compliance and Health & Safety
• Monitoring and assisting employees with daily tasks
• Delivering CPC training and maintaining accurate records
• Inducting and training new employees
• Utilising telematics systems to monitor driver behaviour and safety
• Reviewing and implementing training for operational staff and drivers

Ideal Candidate

• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and Driver regulations
• Understanding of transport and warehousing
• FORS and FORS Practitioner knowledge (desirable)
• Experience with telematics systems like Trutac, Microlise, or Haultech
• Approved CPC trainer and instructor license (must have)
• International CPC and Class 1 Driving License
• Strong presentation skills and ability to apply H&S regulations
• Operational experience in logistics
• Experience in driver assessments
