Driver Trainer and Compliance Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Type of Job: Permanent, full-time, fixed day shifts (9am to 5:30pm)

Great opportunity to work as a Driver Trainer and Compliance Manager for Staffline, a company with over 30 years' experience in the logistics industry.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to provide support and advice on compliance and Health & Safety, monitor employee tasks, deliver CPC training, and utilize telematics systems for driver behavior monitoring.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety and Driver regulations
• Transport and warehousing knowledge
• FORs and FORs Practitioner desirable
• Experience with telematics systems (e.g., Trutac, Microlise, Haultech)
• Approved CPC trainer and instructor's license (MUST HAVE)
• International CPC and Class 1 Driving License
• Presentation skills and H&S regulation application
• Operational logistics experience
• Experience in driver assessments
