Qualifications

• Proven experience managing transport operations, including remote teams and mixed LGV/LCV fleets.
• Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation, driver and vehicle compliance, health & safety.
• Experience leading compliant, temperature-controlled transport and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the transport team to achieve engagement and performance.
• Oversee safe, compliant operation of transport with a mixed fleet across locations.
• Manage fleet records, KPI reporting and corrective actions for issues.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Promote health and safety and drive continuous improvement in transport.
• Manage transport costs within budget and act as site transport lead.
