Ormesby House, West Hill, Oxted, Surrey, is recruiting a Support Worker to provide compassionate care for residents with mental health needs. You will work in a team to assess, monitor, and support recovery, updating records and assisting with personal care.

A positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive a house vehicle are essential for scheduled shifts across 7am–10pm, with every other weekend on rota.

Qualifications

• Female candidates who can drive and hold a UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Provide care to residents with mental health conditions, including updating patient records and assisting with personal hygiene.
• Conduct ward rounds, observe behaviours, and adapt care plans with the team.
• Support residents in activities and transport using the house vehicle as required.
