Ormesby House in West Hill, Oxted, Surrey, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team caring for residents with mental health conditions. You'll provide compassionate, person-centred care and support everyday activities, promoting independence and wellbeing.

This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week) with shifts from 7am to 10pm and every other weekend. Driving is required to support residents with activities using the house vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• Caring approach to people with mental health conditions.
• Must be female due to residents' needs and must be able to drive.
