Zenith Vehicles in Leeds is seeking a Driver Services Administrator for a fixed-term role. You will support drivers by phone and email, handle service, MOT, repair bookings, and keep records up to date. You will work with the team to improve service levels and respond swiftly to inquiries.

• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and drive service improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide support to drivers via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service within agreed SLAs
• Keep drivers updated on the status of their queries and bookings, taking ownership from initial contact through to resolution
• Process service, MOT, repair, and other fleet-related bookings
• Accurately update and maintain customer records and databases
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and drive service improvements
