Zenith is the UK's leading independent vehicle leasing business. Based at Kirkstall Forge near Leeds, we’re growing FAST and seeking a customer-focused reservations professional to join our Rentals team.

You’ll own customer accounts and help deliver the high standard of service that keeps our clients loyal in a busy, fast-paced environment. In this hybrid role you’ll respond to reservation requests by phone, nurture relationships with customers and suppliers, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

• Experience in handling multiple customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in using IT systems and delivering telephone-based service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental reservation requests and existing inquiries promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Nurture relationships with customers, suppliers and internal managers at Zenith.
• Analyse cost-saving reports to enhance efficiency and resource use.
• Ensure prompt booking confirmations in line with SLAs.
• Process reservation changes and terminations with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Stay informed about customers' needs and meet client-specific service levels.

Joining our specialist Rentals team, you'll take ownership for managing customer accounts that require that extra touch of care to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This role is based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, just 6 minutes away from Leeds city centre, offering potential for growth for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

If you are experienced in managing administrative tasks while delivering exceptional telephone-based customer service, then this role is ideal for you! You'll handle various queries from our valued customers and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, particularly for those with specific needs. But that's not all - you will also have the chance to contribute to exciting projects that have a real impact., meaning your ideas will shape the customer experience, from identifying opportunities to save costs to suggesting new ways to enhance our services.

While previous experience in Customer Service and in managing multiple queries in strict timescales is key, of equal importance are confidence, creative problem-solving skills, proficient IT capabilities, a positive attitude, and a strong team player mindset.

So, what will you be doing?

• Respond to rental reservation requests as well as existing reservation inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with customers to resolve any issues
• Nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal managers at Zenith
• Analyse cost-saving reports to enhance efficiency and optimise resources
• Ensure prompt booking confirmations in accordance with specific service level agreements
• Process reservation changes and terminations accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper documentation and supplier acknowledgement
• Stay well-informed about customers' needs and requirements, meeting client-specific service level agreements and performance indicators
• You will work on a weekly alternating rota, Monday to Friday. The early rota from 8am to 4.45pm, a second rota from 8.45am to 5.30pm, and a late rota from 9.15am to 6pm.
