Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting for a Driver’s Mate based in Cullompton, Tiverton. Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, you will support the driver and warehouse teams with loading, unloading and route planning to ensure timely deliveries.

You will build strong relationships with customers, prioritise safety and accuracy, and receive full training. Prior experience is helpful but not required as full induction is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local region around Tiverton is advantageous.
• Manual handling experience and/or training desirable; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the driver and warehouse teams in loading/unloading of stock.
• Assist the driver with efficient routing to locations and back home safely.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and other departments.
• Maintain health and safety at the forefront of all processes.
