Job summary

BCA at Birmingham Business Park on site is seeking a Driver Resource & Inventory Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will own the end-to-end driver resource lifecycle, from procurement and onboarding to recovery and replacement, delivering cost-efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on inventory control, data-driven insights and strong stakeholder management across Resourcing, Operations, IT and Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in asset / inventory management or resource operations.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to model and automate data where possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, allocation and tracking of driver equipment and IDs.
• Forecast stock requirements based on recruitment and demand.
• Maintain asset registers with lifecycle visibility and audits.
• Manage core resource systems and generate operational reports.
• Drive cost-efficiency through supplier management and process improvements.
• Lead a team of coordinators and field support agents.
