Job summary

BCA at Birmingham Business Park, on site, is seeking a Driver Resource & Inventory Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will own the driver resources lifecycle, from procurement and onboarding to recovery, while managing stock, assets and supplier performance to deliver a cost-efficient operation.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytical skills and leadership to coach coordinators and field support agents.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in asset/inventory management or resource operations.
• Advanced Excel modelling and data analysis skills are essential.
• Experience leading and developing a small team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, allocation and tracking of all driver equipment and assets.
• Forecast stock requirements aligned with recruitment and demand.
• Maintain asset registers and ensure full lifecycle visibility across systems.
• Lead and coach coordinators and field support agents to deliver operational excellence.
• Develop and deliver reports and data insights to support decision making.
