Job summary

Veezu, a leading UK taxi technology company, seeks a Driver Partner Experience Executive to manage day-to-day DP interactions from Newport, onsite. You will ensure compliance with group policies, support licensing paperwork, and act as a local contact for Driver Partners.

You will work closely with Veezu Services and Veezu Assist, handling inquiries, processing tickets, and helping DP campaigns succeed while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the local point of contact for Driver Partners when issues cannot be addressed via the Driver Partner Portal.
• Promote and support the Driver Partner Portal and its features for DPs.
• Manage and respond to Zendesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist with licensing paperwork to support DP campaigns and planning.
• Support DP interaction and communications with Veezu Services and Veezu Assist.
• Investigate complaints about Driver Partners and assist with follow-up on investigations.
