Job summary

Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Driver & Logistics Operative to join the team in Poole. The role involves driving, house clearance operations, and deliveries across Dorset and the Purbecks to support our retail and commercial activities.

You will work to provide a professional service, support sales for the retail chain, and help enhance the charity's external brand. A full clean driving licence and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of driving/warehouse roles.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Delivery/collection/house clearance experience.
• Good organisational skills.
• Understanding of safe working practices in a driving/warehouse environment.
• Experience of working with the public.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the activities of the retail & commercial operations through house collections/clearances and deliveries from Dorset and the Purbecks and any other agreed geographical location.
• Provide a professional and commercially focused approach to support sales for the retail chain whilst enhancing the Lewis-Manning Hospice Care brand externally.
