Job summary

Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is seeking a motivated Driver & Logistics Operative based at Longfleet House, Poole. The role involves driving, coordinating house collections and clearances, and delivering goods across Dorset.

You will support the charity’s retail and commercial activities while upholding the Lewis-Manning brand. The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving licence, experience in driving/warehouse operations, and strong organisational and customer‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence
• Delivery/collection/house clearance experience
• Good organisational skills
• Understanding of safe working practices in a driving/warehouse environment
• Experience of working with the public

Responsibilities

• Support sales for the retail chain through house collections/clearances and deliveries within Dorset and surrounding areas.
• Provide a professional, commercially focused approach to support operations and brand externally.
• Assist with the effective running of the driving/warehouse operations and ensure customer-facing quality.
