Job summary

Cook Trading Limited is seeking a Delivery Driver in Leamington Spa with casual hours to bring our freshly prepared foods to customers’ homes. You will deliver reliably while upholding our standards of service, safety, and professionalism.

The role focuses on planning efficient routes, communicating delays to the office, and completing required paperwork at the end of each shift. A positive, community‑minded attitude helps us serve our customers well.

Qualifications

• Cat B UK manual driving licence required.
• Minimum two years driving experience.
• Aged 25 and over for Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Offer remarkable service, the customer is always more important than anything else you are doing.
• Carry out deliveries safely and in line with the driver handbook.
• Plan your route to ensure efficient and timely delivery, informing the office to update customers.
• Drive in a safe and responsible manner, comply with traffic regulations including speed limits.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and returned to the office at end of shift.

The Role

  • Carry out deliveries safely and in line with the responsibilities in our driver handbook.

  • Plan your route to ensure efficient and timely delivery, communicating any delays or issues with our office team so the customer can be informed.

  • Take care to look after your own safety and that of others. Drive in a safe and responsible manner, comply with all relevant traffic regulations, including adhering to speed limits

  • Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and returned to the office at the end of each shift.

Good to Have

Cat B Full Car/Van UK manual driving licence.Minimum of two years driving the class of vehicle. Aged 25 and over for Insurance.
