Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting an HGV Driver based in Livingston. The role involves driving 18t/26t vehicles with a hiab for multi‑drop deliveries to customer sites, with daily vehicle checks and secure loading procedures.

The position is full‑time, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. We require a Class 2 license, a digital tachograph card, CPC training, and a hiab licence.

Qualifications

• Class 2 license with CPC and tachograph card.
• Hiab license is essential.
• Previous HGV driving experience required.
• Good knowledge of Scotland geography.

Responsibilities

• Drive 18t/26t with hiab for multi‑drop deliveries.
• Complete vehicle checks before deliveries.
• Strap down, load, unload goods securely.
• Ensure efficient, on‑time deliveries to sites.

As a HGV Driver based in Livingston you'll be responsible for:

• Driving 18t and 26t vehicles with a hiab doing multi-drop deliveries to our customers' building sites
• Completing vehicle checks before starting deliveries
• Strapping down goods and ensuring the load is secure
• Loading and unloading the vehicles

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6.00am – 4.00pm.

And here's what we'd like you to have:

• Previous HGV driving experience is essential
• A class 2 license along with a digital tacho card and completed CPC training is essential
• A hiab license is essential
• Good geographical knowledge of Scotland
