Job summary

Wolseley Group is seeking a full-time HGV Driver for Fareham, Infrastructure. You will drive 26t vehicles with a hiab, complete multi-drop deliveries to building sites, and secure loads with straps while loading and unloading the vehicles.

This role is 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £35,876 plus bonus and a strong benefits package including annual leave, a matched pension, healthcare access, and a Cycle to Work scheme.

Qualifications

• A hiab license is desirable.
• Previous HGV driving experience.
• A class 2 license.

Responsibilities

• Driving 26t vehicles with a hiab doing multi-drop deliveries to building sites.
• Completing vehicle checks before starting deliveries.
• Strapping down goods and ensuring the load is secure.
• Loading and unloading the vehicles.

As a HGV Driver based in Fareham you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving 26t vehicles with a hiab doing multi-drop deliveries to our customers building sites


• Completing vehicle checks before starting deliveries


• Strapping down goods and ensuring the load is secure


• Loading and unloading the vehicles

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 4.30pm.
