Job summary

Via is seeking drivers to operate in Milton Keynes, delivering safe, reliable passenger transport across the city using our driver app. You’ll manage trips, assist passengers, and support inclusive mobility, including wheelchair users.

As a contractor, you’ll enjoy flexible hours, with take-home pay up to £20 per hour and bonuses. Signing bonus and referral rewards are offered, and modern vehicles are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Hold a full UK driving license for at least 12 months
• Good English (B2 or higher)
• Able to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
• Passenger transport experience is a plus

Earn £250 for every Milton Keynes PHV-licensed driver you refer who joins us and works a minimum of 60 hours during their first month. Terms and conditions apply.

Tasks

• Drive passengers safely and reliably across Milton Keynes
• Accept ride requests via our driver app and manage trips efficiently
• Offer friendly, professional service and assist passengers where needed
• Contribute to a service that improves everyday mobility - including for wheelchair passengers

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
• Strong driving skills and a calm driving style
• Friendly, courteous and professional demeanour
• Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Openness to working flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends
• Previous experience in passenger transport is an advantage, but not necessary
• Take-home pay rate up to £20 per hour
• Fixed rates plus frequent opportunities to earn bonus payments
• Independent contractor relationship with flexible working hours
• Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 6.00am to 8.00pm
• Modern vehicles provided by us – no need for your own car
