Job summary

Via in Worcester is expanding its mobility service and seeks professional drivers to join our team. Drivers earn take-home pay up to £20 per hour and enjoy an independent contractor arrangement with flexible hours.

Service hours run Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Signing bonus £250 after 60 hours in the first month, plus £250 Refer-a-Friend bonuses for each referral who completes 60 hours in their first month. Vehicles provided by us.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
• Flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
• Take-home pay up to £20 per hour
• Independent contractor relationship with flexible hours
• Service hours: Mon-Sat, 7:00–19:00
• Modern vehicles provided; no need for your own car
• Supportive on-site team available

Earn £250 for every Wychavon PHV-licensed driver you refer who joins us and works a minimum of 60 hours during their first month. Terms and conditions apply.

Tasks

• Contribute to a service that improves everyday mobility - including for wheelchair passengers

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
• Strong driving skills and a calm driving style
• Friendly, courteous and professional demeanour
• Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Openness to working flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends
• Previous experience in passenger transport is an advantage, but not necessary
• Take-home pay rate up to £20 per hour
• Fixed rates plus frequent opportunities to earn bonus payments
• Independent contractor relationship with flexible working hours
• Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.00am to 7.00pm
