Job summary

Key Care & Support in Sale is seeking outgoing support workers for our adult day service. You will provide 1:2:1 support for verbal and non-verbal adults and participate in the daily driving rota to pick up at the start of the day and drop off at the end of the day.

Shift patterns are 09.30am-16.00pm. We offer a real living wage of £13.75 per hour, 5.6 days holiday including bank holidays, pension contributions into the NEST scheme, access to round-the-clock employee assistance, and

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:2:1 support to adults, including non-verbal clients.
• Must be able to drive and participate in the daily driving rota.
• Comfortable supporting adults with varying communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:2:1 support to adults on a day service basis.
• Drive to pick up in the morning and drop off at the end of the day as part of rota.
• Assist clients with activities and encourage participation.
• Support shift from 09:30 to 16:00 and contribute to a positive day service environment.
