Key Care & Support in Sale is seeking outgoing support workers for our adult day service. You will provide 1:2:1 support for verbal and non-verbal adults and participate in the daily driving rota to pick up at the start of the day and drop off at the end of the day.

Shift patterns are 09.30am-16.00pm. We offer a real living wage of £13.75 per hour, 5.6 days holiday including bank holidays, pension contributions into the NEST scheme, access to round-the-clock employee assistance, and

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing 1:2:1 support to adults, including non-verbal clients.
• Must be able to drive and participate in the daily driving rota.
• Comfortable supporting adults with varying communication needs.

• Assist clients with activities and encourage participation.

Key Care & Support are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic support workers for our Adult day service provision in Sale.

We are looking for very approachable and friendly support workers who are willing to try new things and motivate and encourage others to try new experiences.

You would need to have previous experience supporting people on a 1:2:1 basis supporting both verbal and non verbal adults

You would be involved in the daily driving rota to pick up at the start of the day and drop off at the end of the day
