Job summary

Speedy Hire in Erith is looking for a Category C Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering hire equipment to customers across the local area. You'll be more than a driver—face of Speedy, ensuring equipment is delivered safely, on time, and with great service.

The role runs Monday to Friday, with early starts and finish, and offers holiday, pension, life assurance, staff discounts and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category C driving licence.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous UK driving experience.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• A strong focus on safety.
• Friendly and professional approach with customers.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting hire equipment.
• Driving across the local area.
• Loading and unloading equipment safely.
• Completing daily vehicle checks.

Category C Delivery Driver – Erith

Erith | Monday to Friday | 42 hours per week

Early starts: 04:00/05:00 | Finish: 13:30/14:30

Like being out on the road and prefer an early start and early finish?

We’re looking for a Category C Delivery Driver to join our team in Erith, delivering Speedy hire equipment to customers across the local area.

You’ll be much more than a driver – you’ll be the face of Speedy, making sure our customers receive their equipment safely, on time and with great service.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering and collecting hire equipment
• Driving across the local area
• Loading and unloading equipment safely
• Completing daily vehicle checksKeeping customers updated and providing great service
• Working with the depot team to keep deliveries running smoothly

What you’ll need

• Full UK Category C driving licence
